Shipping Policy
At OCD by Tara, we aim to get your ordered products to you quickly & safely. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and we’ll always do our best to make sure everything is dispatched in a timely manner.
Please keep in mind that during busier times like sales or product launches dispatch may take a little longer due to higher volumes. While we work closely with trusted couriers, things like delivery delays or shipping issues can occasionally happen, and unfortunately, those are out of our control.
Where Does My Order Go?
Products can either be:
Delivered directly to your home, or
Shipped to me so I can bring everything along for your organising session.
You’re also welcome to have items unboxed at home, or if you'd prefer, I can bring them already unpacked and ready to go whatever’s easiest for you & your space.
Missed or Returned Deliveries
Please make sure someone is available to accept your parcel or that the delivery instructions are clear & secure. If the courier can’t reach you and the parcel is returned, any return fees may be deducted from your total.
Unfortunately, OCD by Tara isn’t responsible for any missing or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. If this happens, contact your courier first for delivery details. If there’s still an issue, let me know and I’ll help where I can.
Damaged Parcels
If anything arrives damaged, take a photo and get in touch with me as soon as possible. I’ll work with the supplier or courier to sort it out. Please be extra careful when opening packages especially if using scissors or blades as I can’t cover damage caused during unboxing.
Other Notes
We do not currently offer delivery to Military/APO addresses.

If any customs duties or taxes apply, I’ll give you a heads-up before ordering (though most items I source won’t be affected).
